These are the lowest of low, they have great job security so your problems with them don't even matter. The postal service should be in private hands, them maybe the job would get done. I hope you all lose your jobs that you have such a hard time doing in the first place. Use anyone else besides these incompetent fools!

Love this post office! Love the staff, especially Ernie! The postmaster is also the most upfront, sweetest lady ever! I mail shipments daily and this is the only post office in Pensacola who has never lost any of my items and helps with any tracking issues! Always answers the phone!

Customer Service needs to be worked on heavily in this facility. Especially if you are going to be one of the people at the front assisting customers. I have never wrote a review because most times I just let things go. But when you have a 3 year with better manners than the person who is paid to provide a pleasant experience, you find yourself leaving a review. I come into the place with no intention to be negative. Nothing on my face would read, "shes going to be mean!". But apparently the guy at the desk immediately had it in his mind to be rude. He asked what I needed help with, and I replied " I was picking up some packages" all said with a smile. Right away he responds with an attitude, "DO YOU HAVE YOUR SLIP?". As though its a common situation that occurs where people do not bring their slip. That being said, if you deal with pretty similar situations daily, you should probably work on finding a way to make the situation positive verses letting it ruin your day. I did not have my slip. And would have drove back to my house if it was honestly something that policy and needed that bad to get my package. So after I advised him that I did not have my slip, He snaps back with, "Ugh, I will go check and see if we have anything in the back for you". As though walking 1 foot away was the hardest workout of this guys life. He goes back to where he is greeted by his manager or someone hire level than him. Who has to motivate him to "BE NICE" as they repeated it to him a few times. Clearly this guy is known for his rudeness. He easily finds my package and brings it back. As I have said, I would have been a little annoyed to have driven back or go look through my vehicle again to find the slip but the option wasn't even given by this employee. And if he knows most people do not bring their slip, it shouldn't be something that causes so much frustration. Give the customer options. Tell them what you can do to try and help. Or explain politely the policies in picking up packages. It just like someone requiring Identification at a store before using a Credit Card. Sometimes digging through you purse for something can be annoying but at least you know someone isn't willing to commit fraud with your identity. After I left the facility I called my father because I was still a bit bothered by how this guys personality rubbed off on me. He knew exactly who I was referring to. I didn't even say who the employee was, I didn't say whether it was a he or she. I didn't describe his/her features. But my father right away knew who I was talking about. And responded with how I need to basically just warm the guy up to be nicer. How unpleasant to hear that I have to teach an older person to be respectful and welcoming. Teach your employees how to enjoy where they work or tell them they need to move on. They have a job and if they cant manage to do the one thing that their job requires---CUSTOMER SERVICE, they don't need to be working in that field. I hope this guy has a better day and year. Lets hope he doesn't spend the rest of it being grumpy to more customers.

My sister and I truly love to go to this post office. The staff will help all the customers efficiently and promptly. They are very nice and helpful. During the Christmas rush, they brought out another computer. An Attaboy and Attagirl goes to Ernie, Leticia and the tall lady with short hair. (Sorry..forgot your name) They rock! May God bless your new year with peace, health, love and a lot of chocolate. LOL.

Was there today and dealt with a wonderful lady named Julia. Was impressed with her patience and great attitude. Will Definately recommend this branch. :)
